Vivo got something new on their deck. The Vivo Y11i is an upgrade to their recent Vivo Y11T flagship phone.
With this trend, it is expected that other Vivo products will have a revamp upgrade as well.
The Vivo Y11T is a dual-core with MT6572 processor at 1.3GHz, while the Vivo Y11i will have the same 1.3GHz clock speed at a quad-core processor by the MT6582 chipset. All still the same in terms of design and other specifications.
This Vivo Y11 comes in white body, at 123.0×62.5×8.75mm, interestingly at less than 9mm in thickness and that is why it is under the Vivo Y-series which are all slim models.
The Vivo Y11i will run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, paired with a 512MB of RAM and 4GB of ROM. The screen is a 4-inch WVGA display of IPS screen. On the back is a 5-megapixels camera with LED flash. The Vivo Y11i is a dual-SIM capable with WCDMA, and right under it is a 1700mAh battery which is pretty decent.
The Vivo Y11i is priced at 1200 yuan which is approximately $196, which seems a little too high for such device. Taking note that Vivo is known for such kind of pricing attitude.
