Meizu MX – Specs Review: MT6575 2GHz 4-inch Android ICS
This Meizu MX just caught my attention, as it was posted to have a 2GHz clocked frequency speed. Is that true? Upon checking Android system info viewer screenshots, yes it was posted to have a CPU frequency of 1999MHz. Kinda makes me look a bit skeptical, and honestly this just looks too good to be true. Anyways, let’s give this MT6575 phone a chance to show off what it got.

Meizu MX
So this one is also called MeiMeizu MX, as listed on Fastcardtech, I do not know which is the right naming convention, but I am already okay with calling it: Meizu MX. Taking into consideration the existence of MT6577 dual-core phones, this one seems a tad bit outdated and late. But still, it has an impressive CPU specs, and I do not know why it has a MT6575 CPU but with 2GHz clocked speed and dual-core performance as showcased to us by Fastcardtech.

So taking a few read of what is published online, here’s the explanation of that so-called 2GHz phone: it is just an optimized work of the CPU and GPU at maximum, and so that’s why it yielded a 1993MHz CPU speed. Which is, on MT6575, yes; its crazy!

Meizu MX
Overall checking, the WVGA screen resolution is a good point, and the 2MP front camera is big plus factor. However, what I do not like about this one is the battery capacity. It is just too low, in par of other smartphones that is rated on 2000mAh or above. On performance basis, I am sure that this is a fast performer on HD gaming and other high quality multimedia playback as I am a user of a MT6575 smartphone myself.

Meizu MX
Just so you know, when this phone has been announced, it was slated for a very high price. Now, its almost half of it, so it still came up pretty nice.
