Quad-core Huawei G520 to start selling on January 21st: Specs and Pricing here

Both of these Chinese smartphone giants, ZTE and Huawei seems on a roll this year. This time, Huawei outs a news about their ucoming quad-core phone, the Huawei G520 which is expected to go on sale starting January 21st for just 1299yuan or approximately just $225. The Huawei G520 comes up with an orthodox design, packed in a body with dimensions of 134 × 67 × 9.9 mm. The screen is slated with a very narrow 3.9 mm bezel and it comes with two colors: Phantom Black and Ceramic White. The design of the Huawei G520 is very much similar to its predecessor which was the Huawei G510. Only some hardware parts are placed in a different spot.

The specs of the Huawei G520 was unveiled on the recently concluded CES2013.  Here’s a glimpse on the specs highlights of the Huawei G520:

As for me, I am not impressed with the rest of the parameters except for it having a quad-core processor and Android 4.1 JellyBean operating system out of the box. The rest seems to be a downer and a weird configuration match, but that might be reason for cost-cutting; still its not appealing for me. What about you guys, what can you say?
